An AI-powered video curation tool. Make content creation part of the content consumption experience.

Over 6 months, I worked closely with the tech lead and PM designed a content curation tool to help publishers on Firework to create content with simple swipes.
​
In order to design this one of its own kind video creation tool, it requires me to have an understanding of how the DOM structure works. I also designed a video deconstruction tool to generate video templates. This is almost like "The clock of the long now" I have learned so much on the journey to the destination.

CHALLENGE
"How do we suggest the best style based on the video from the user?"
Differ from other video creation tools, we want to combine the video creation and consumption experience together. Users can see the style applied to their video in real time. By user flipping through different styles, our machine can determine which style the user likes more and suggest similar styles.
MATCHING STYLE
How can the user tell the machine which style he/she likes better? so that the machine is able to serve similar styles?
STLYE MATCHMAKING
How the user can switch between different genres and navigate within the same genre is the key to the success of this project. I did 3 different approaches, vertical scroll, horizontal scroll and tapping
